Skeleton Technologies continues to grow its team so that it can meet the demands for its industry-leading ultracapacitors. Today we welcome Dr Kai Vuorilehto as Vice President of Production and Matti Nuutinen as Production Engineer at Skeleton Technologies.
Kai will be responsible for expanding Skeleton's production capabilities in Bautzen, Germany. He has several years of experience as Chief Technology Officer at European Batteries Ltd, where he led technology development and production set-up at one of the most technologically advanced Li-ion battery production facilities in Europe, with over 70 M EUR invested. Dr Vuorilehto also brings a wealth of knowledge from the academic world, being an Adjunct Professor at Aalto University, School of Chemical Technology, and having received a Doctor of Science in electrochemistry from Helsinki University of Technology in 1997.
Dr Vuorilehto will be joined by Production Engineer Mr Matti Nuutinen, who was previously the Process Development Manager and Director of Cell Development at European Batteries. Mr Nuutinen has previously worked for Finnish Electric Vehicle Technologies and has a Master of Science in electrochemistry from Helsinki University of Technology.
Skeleton Technologies' management team is very excited about these additions to the company and is looking forward to working with Dr Vuorilehto and Mr Nuutinen in bringing Skeleton's leading ultracapacitors to an even larger customer base.
