SkelCap cells are available at 2.85 or 3.0 V with a very low ESR, or internal resistance, long lifetime, and very high power.

SkelCap PCB-mountable supercapacitors
The SkelCap SCA0300 are Skeleton's answer for the D33 L61 form factor - small supercapacitor cells with excellent power density, low ESR, and long lifetime.
At 2.85V, the SCA0300 have one of the highest operating voltages on the market. Moreover, the low internal resistance of the cells leads to the lower heat generation and a longer application lifetime compared to other supercapacitors in the same size and form factor. The durable design and small size make the cells ideal for a variety of applications, for example energy regeneration systems and power quality applications.
