Skeleton meets with the EU Commissioner for Energy, Kadri Simson

During his latest trip to Brussels, our CEO and co-founder Taavi Madiberk had a meeting with the EU Commissioner for Energy, Kadri Simson. They had an in-depth discussion on the key role of energy storage in the EU Green Deal, Europe's energy policy and on ensuring European competitiveness vis-à-vis the United States and China.

As Kadri Simson said, "improving energy storage helps us achieve the EU Green Deal by ensuring flexibility, supporting the grid, and shifting energy to a time when it is most needed".

Taavi also introduced our new SuperBattery and explained how it can accelerate the electrification of hard-to-decarbonize industries.
